We are looking for a self-starting, energetic, focused individual to grow our Texas footprint. At Epec we are a very Customer focused company. Custom, build to print electronics is our entire business, and flexibility is at the heart of how we meet our customers dynamic needs.

We have developed a very detailed process that if followed religiously, will return the results that are required. A potential candidate doesn’t have to understand electronics, they just have to be willing to put in the effort to follow our process, learn about the products, and be willing to focus on the smallest details. Our process was developed over years of trial and error, and we now have a process that can be used to build a level of business that will enable the company and the Business Development Manager to make more money and be successful.

Requirements:

1. Follow the Sales Playbook

  • Weekly customer profiles
  • Daily Prospecting
  • Daily Calls
  • Daily Emails
  • Keeping your CRM up to date
  • Adding all new contacts
  • Keeping all current deals up to date
  • Weekly performance report
  • Reviewed weekly with VP of Sales
  • Manage/Engage with all incoming leads.
  • Closing deals

2. Customer Facing

  • Follow up on active quotes.
  • 6 meetings weekly

3. Competencies

  • Basic computer skills a must
  • Position requires good communication, organizational and consistency skills.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

4. Inter-Personal Skills

  • Willingness to speak with customers and co-workers on the phone or video call.
  • Ability to understand how other departments are critical to your success and utilize them when needed to help satisfy customer needs/requirements.
  • Use emotional intelligence skills to develop ways to improve your technique of closing business and getting co-workers to understand your requests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
